Are there any delivery charges?

All our products are Free Shipping!

Can you ship to and APO/FPO address?

No, due to the average dimensions of our shipping cartons, we cannot ship to APO and FPO addresses.

What if my order arrived damaged?

  1. 1.Upon delivery refuse the package based on the visible damages.
  2. 2.Only noticed the damage after delivery? No problem, email us a photo of the damaged part to customer@furnishinings.com. Include the part number that needs to be replaced, and we will have the part replaced for you.

What is your return policy?

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been picked. Once an order has been picked in the warehouse, it is in a line to receive a label with tracking information and is too late to cancel. Note: we cannot cancel an orders that have a tracking number.
